Booking info
  • Guests may book online or via phone. Lowest rates are on this website, not online travel websites! Other websites charge cleaning and service fees. Check your totals before booking elsewhere!

  • Minimum stay is typically two nights and three nights on some holiday weekends. 

  • One night stays may be available if reservation is made within one week of arrival (call us if system does not allow)

  • We do GROUP BLOCKS! For GROUP Reservations INFO Click Here for more info.  Discounts may be available for one individual booking the entire property; email for more info 

  • Dogs are permitted ONLY if they are pre-registered, approved and dog fee of $35+tax per night per dog is paid. No other pets are allowed at the Casitas. If pets are found and not pre-registered, guest will be assessed a minimum fee of $200 and may be asked to leave without refund

For Individual Reservations:

  • 50% of the reservation fee will be collected to make the reservation

  • The remaining balance will be charged 60 days prior to arrival

  • If the reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, the entire fee will be collected at the time of booking.  This charge may show as two charges equaling the total amount.

Cancellations

​As a small property of only ten units, even one cancellation can affect us tremendously. However, we understand plans can change, and we want our guests to come to The Casitas and enjoy them at some point, so we offer cancellation options. 

For INDIVIDUAL Casita Reservations:

  • Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will receive a complete refund, less a $25 processing fee. 

  • Cancellations made 14-59 days prior to the date of arrival, may receive a 50% refund OR may apply the credit of the cancelled reservation to a new reservation scheduled within 12 months of the original arrival date. 

  • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival, there is no refund. Early departure does not warrant any refund. 

 

For GROUP Reservations (3 or more Casitas booked by one person):

  • More than 120 days prior to arrival - complete refund, less the deposit

  • Cancellations made 60-119 days prior to the date of arrival - guests may receive a 50% refund, less the deposit

  • Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the date of arrival, there is no refund. Early departure does not warrant a refund.

For Guests...What to Expect

Several days before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with directions, arrival info, gate/door codes and friendly reminders. Please make sure we have a GOOD email address (and cell phone number) for you!

"Check-In" or Arrival is "on your own." All necessary information will be provided in advance. The owners do not live on the property, but are on site daily. They may not be on site at your arrival time. If you need special assistance upon arrival OR would like a personal introduction to your Casita, we are happy to arrange that - just let us know well in advance.

Do you need a car to take you on a winery tour or airport transport? Just let us know, and we will set it up for you!

HELPFUL TIPS:

 

The Casitas are 12 miles from restaurants, grocery and liquor stores. We recommend stopping at the HEB (grocery store) in Dripping before arriving at the Casitas. There are no food deliveries (like pizza) at our location.

If arriving from the east or Austin, most maps programs and GPS will take you from 290 West out Fitzhugh Road bypassing Dripping Springs. Fitzhugh is beautiful, but very windy. If you prefer a more direct route, continue on 290 West through Dripping Springs and turn right on McGregor Lane.
