Hill Country Casitas & Retreat is a privately owned retreat venue on 13 scenic acres in Dripping Springs, Texas. One group can reserve the property for a corporate offsite, wellness retreat, women’s retreat, spiritual gathering, creative workshop or other private group experience. Participants gather for programming, meals and recreation while enjoying the comfort and privacy of separate Casitas.

Unlike a hotel or one oversized vacation house, Hill Country Casitas gives your participants private accommodations within one retreat property. Everyone can gather for sessions, meals and activities, then return to the comfort of their own Casita.

Can one group reserve the entire property?
Yes! One group can reserve the property exclusively. Is your retreat smaller, then you can reserve 2 or more Casitas only.
How many retreat participants can stay overnight?
Hill Country Casitas can sleep up to 51 guests. We also have add-on's for sleeping additional guests.
What meeting and gathering spaces are available?
We offer two main gathering spaces: The Retreat which is about 525sf of indoor climate-controlled meeting space. The Pavilion is a covered, open-air space, about 1000sf. It offers a full kitchen and quintessential hill country views.
Can the Pavilion accommodate yoga or movement classes?
Yes, and we can provide local instructors.
Does Hill Country Casitas provide retreat programming?
No. We provide the place. You provide the people and program. We will help you advertise any public retreats held at Hill Country Casitas.
Can outside instructors and facilitators be used?
Yes! Bring your own instructors and facilitators.
Are outside caterers allowed?
Yes, you can choose any caterer. We have some great ones that serve our groups.
Can our group prepare its own meals?
Yes, groups often prepare their own meals and snacks at The Pavilion using its full kitchen. Additionally, each Casita has its own kitchenette.
Is high-speed internet available?
Yes, high speed internet is available in all Casitas, The Retreat and The Pavilion.
How far is the property from Austin and Austin’s airport?
Hill Country Casitas is 33 miles from downtown Austin and 37 miles from ABIA (Austin's Airport).
Can you help us arrange local activities?
Yes, our Casita Crew will assist with planning some local fun.

"I just returned from hosting a wellness retreat at Hill Country Casitas. It was truly a 5 star experience. Everyone loved their Casitas. The gathering spaces (at the Retreat and the Pavilion) were perfect for both sit-down classes and movement practices (tai chi and yoga) as well as all of our meals. The service was top notch! Claire was phenomenal with all things related to planning, and Mary was available right away when the inevitable snafu occurred.
