Finding the ideal place for a family reunion for 42 people ranging from 90 years old to 11 months old can be very challenging! Fortunately, we found Hill Country Casitas and they provided the perfect venue for our family gathering in June 2025. From the first trip to see the venue until we drove away on the last day of the reunion, Hill Country Casitas and the staff were there to meet all our needs. Claire, the Property Manager, provided our initial tour of the property. We worked with her to schedule a date, and her communications made the process of getting everyone assigned to their Casitas, the Retreat, and the Ranch House very easy. Everything was ready for us on check-in day with the entire property in great shape. The varying sizes of the Casitas made them perfect accommodation for families of all sizes. The Casitas were all in excellent condition with helpful instructions provided for the occupants. The amenities provided (coffee, filtered water in each refrigerator, toiletries, and ice trays - just to name a few) provided all the conveniences of home. The swimming pool was enjoyed by all, and the Pavilion provided pots, pans, and other items we needed to prepare our meals. The views from the Pavilion were stunning, and the well-stocked games closet helped with evening entertainment. The staff member who checked on us daily while at the Pavilion was very friendly and helpful while ensuring we had what we needed each day.
